The whimsical breeze the blew by cooled the air only by a fraction, rustling through the trees that lined the field. Directly above hung the pulsating sun. With every beat it seemed to draw nearer, heating the school to a blazing temperature. "Damn. This has gotta be a joke," Hel spoke to the menacing sky, shielding her eyes with the back of her arm. Putting her hands back on her hips, she shook her head. "Honestly, the gods and the administrators must be conspiring against me." She rummaged through her ruck sack that sat on the lowest bleacher. A bottle of sunscreen was what she pulled out, SPF 100, water proof too.
Hel proceeded to squeeze out a giant puddle of sticky lotion into the palm of her left hand. "Can't remember the last time it was this hot." She scoffed, "And what jackass thought of putting P.E. after lunch? Or even in the afternoon!?!" By now the large amount of leg that was showing had been sloppily coated; smudges of white circled her thighs. Slapping a glob on her stomach, she groaned. "Great. Just great. Now I've got to get it out of my belly button..." As the sun seemed to descend upon the field, Hel swore she could hear the faint shouts of her students. The azure sheet pulled taut overhead showed now signs of rain, not even a fluffy pillow could be seen.
Rubbing in the last of the sunscreen on her arms, she realized that no one had shown up yet and that the yells she had heard must have been about five minutes ago. It was enough time for any student to get to the field. "Damn it, they're late again." She sighed lethargically, "I was gonna get one of the darling boys to put some on my back." Hel squirted some more on her hand and barely managed to smack any on the area between the strings of her bikini top. "Fuck, am I going to have a nasty sunburn or what?"
The scent of sickly sweet coconut and suffocating chemicals oozed from her pores mingled with sweat on her freshly oiled skin. Hel could feel her ponytail wilt, even it couldn't stand the heat. "Must look real attractive right now," she laughed sarcastically, fanning herself with her hand which wasn't doing much good.
Ungracefully, the overheated teacher flopped down onto the grass since the bleachers were too hot to sit on. "Jesus Christ Super Star, I'm gonna freakin' melt." She rolled over on her side, no doubt picking up bits of dead grass on her skin. "Where are those kids? I swear, they're so ungrateful sometimes." She pouted, displeased with their tardiness. "I even prepared a nice surprise for them," she complained staring at the three massive, red, plastic buckets that sat waiting in front of her.

done i got on my way i'm leavin she like where you goin? i ain't got my shoes and purse i said it's none of your concern, and she yelled "you're a jerk!"
Awe motherfucker! He didn't know it'd get this fucking sunny. Deserae looked up at the sky from beneath the shaded part by the building where the lip of the immense roof pushed over the side of the building. He didn't mind the heat all that much, though the feeling of sweat wasn't necessarily a pleasant one. No, what he was more worried about was the sun its self. Usually, it was bearable and not quite so damn bright. He would have to deal with it, though, both his eyesight being hurt and the fact that he'll look like a lobster thirty minutes into this class. It was bullshit, but he couldn't do much about it. Fuck you, genetics. He glared up at the sun, sliding on his orange sunglasses so his already tender eyesight wouldn't be affected even more by this pure and utter shit-tastic sun. Having slung his backpack over one shoulder, he made his way towards the field, already feeling the heat of the sun pound down on his head. He was glad that he at least had thicker hair than most albinos so he wouldn't look like a complete lobster. Deserae's head bent down as he slid under a tree near the bleachers, not wanting to wait out in the hot sun for the rest of the class to arrive. He should have seriously thought to look at the weather report this morning. The albino grumbled about his less-than-perfect situation as he looked around to see if anyone else had appeared for today's lesson. Not a lot of people bothered, considering it was right after lunch and the perfect class to ditch considering the teacher wasn't all that bright. At least not in Deserae's opinion. Speaking of said teacher, his nose wrinkled slightly when he saw her on the bleachers, slathering sunscreen on herself. He couldn't blame her, but it still annoyed him beyond reason. From the way she spoke to the way that she did things, Deserae never really liked this woman. He always thought she was annoying and didn't act remotely like a teacher should. She was big breasted, small waist and was generically beautiful but he didn't fine any attraction in her at all, not like most of the male's his day. He figured that she tried too hard to make him even remotely interested. But, he still had to interact with her considering she was his teacher. Another bullshit thing about this day, but he couldn't help either. At least the annoyance of having to deal with her was alleviated by the fact that it was pe that she taught, one of the best subjects ever. Des put his bag down and stepped forwards slightly, not moving to pull off his glasses as he greeted her. " Hey, Poisson." He didn't call any of the teachers by their first names, excluding one certain teacher, or even attach the "mister" and "miss" in front of it. He found it appropriate to call them just how he called them. tag

The sun was still high in the sky, but feeling like it was floating above their heads. Hel groaned, slightly disappointed in the so far low turn out. "Feh, maybe I should've told 'em." From an unknown direction, she heard the crunching of foot steps on the gravel that surrounded the main part of the field. While very tempted to eagerly sit up and greet her student, she was just too damn tired. "Finally," she breathed, rolling over to see if she could spot her new company. "Kids these days are all fu–" Pausing in the middle of her small rant, she noticed to the messy white top of the ghost kids head. "Aw, shit. Anyone, but him." Abruptly, she stood up, not bothering to wipe off the pound of dead grass that covered her body, like feathers on tar.
"Hey, Poisson." Her eyes narrowed to slits and glared at him. She was always became pissed when he came near her, just bad blood between them. "jesus, man. I told you to call me Hel." She rubbed her hand on the back of her neck in frustration. It was too hot to pick a fight though, "I hate it when you people butcher French." She rolled her eyes, even the French students couldn't get it right. Unless they were French of course... "If you insist on being formal, at least call me Fish. It's just the English form." She pursed her lips, "Special, completely for you." She checked her watch and squinted off into the distance. Still no other kids. She was stuck with this ingrate till anyone else came. Great, just great. Adjusting the sunglasses on her head, down to the bridge of her nose, Hel took a deep breath. Wasting my time right now.
She let out her breath in puffs, a habit of hers that she showed when things were going slow. Or the atmosphere was incredibly awkward. Hands on her hips, she looked up at him. "Here Whitey," she tossed him the bottle of sunscreen. "You need it more than I do." She laughed and added, "I promise it doesn't have cooties on it."

i got lots of style, check my gold diamond ringsI CAN GO FOR MILES IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN P.E. was probably Adora’s best class. Yes, it was hard to fail P.E. but this was Adora. With all the energy that seemed to be stored in the girl, P.E. was her perfect class. It gave her a chance to run around, scream and play, to just be herself. It was recess to this girl. She was the queen of physical education. Even when it felt like three hundred degrees out side and the sun was ruthlessly beating down on the pink-haired child. Which, for today, that seemed to be the case.
With an abnormally joyous giggle, the girl was taking her sweet time to get to the field in which the class was supposed to begin. Amazing as it was, she wasn’t in a rush. What was she doing, taking her time to get to one of her favorite classes? Well, the main reason she was taking such a while to arrive was to get her pent up energy ready to explode. The longer she took, the bigger the explosion would be and the more hyperactive she’d seem. She always did this. The second reason was that her P.E. class seemed to be right after lunch. There had been many times when she had started running and skipping and ended up getting a stomachache. She really didn’t want that at the moment. But there was one more reason: she was sneaking.
Yes, even this unnaturally hyperactive squirrel of a girl could be sneaky. Amazing, isn’t it? Normally, she was so loud and proud and dancing all around. However, right now, she was quietly making her way to the field, hands clasped behind her back innocently. A wide smile matched the life and happiness that sparkled in her equally wide eyes.
Why was she sneaking? That was a question easy to answer. She had managed to wiggle her way in to a P.E. class with Dee-Dee. One of her bestest friends (though, everyone seemed to be one of her bestest friends). She enjoyed sneaking up on the white-haired male and hopping onto his back like a monkey. He liked to work out so she knew he could handle. Well… Everyone could handle it. She was probably one of the lightest kid’s you’ll ever meet. Though, that was mostly because of her abnormally short stature. She looked like an eight year old but had actually been wandering around for fifteen years.
She froze like a deer caught in the headlights the moment her large, childish eyes fell upon the pale friend of hers. Miss Fish Sticks was already out there, too. But no one else was. Had Adora arrived earlier than she wanted to? She scanned the area quickly, her eyes falling to red buckets. Those surely sparked her curiosity but, at the moment, Dee-Dee was her first priority. Time to put Operation: Monkey Cling into action.
Slowly, she advanced toward Dee-Dee, making sure his back was facing her at all times. It was the only way the mission could be completed. Her joyous smile turned into a smirk of devious intentions. Creeping her way toward him, she raised her arms, fingers curled like claws. Her eyes narrowed slightly that just put an oddly happy yet creepy look to her features. When she was right behind the man, she made her move.
Crouching, she launched herself into the air, arms curling around Dee-Dee’s shoulders as she hoisted herself up onto his back. Her hands gripped at his shirt as her legs attempted to wrap around him so she could stay clinging to his back. With another one of her charming giggles, she gushed: “Dee-Dee~!! I’m here! Did ya’ miss me?”

------------------------------------------------- *we'll make the great escape* -------------------------------------------------
Zephyr was known to skip out on classes on a small whim. He was also known to show up on the same whim whenever he felt like it. It really depended on what he felt like at the moment and so there was never really a pattern of when he would show up or of when he would run away and hide out somewhere. That was except for one class. Physical Education otherwise known as P.E. The most horrible class in the whole school really. He didn't even know what was the point of having such a class. After all it won't help him in college since he wasn't planning on joining any teams. The only ones it would help are those who wants to enter sports but there were teams and clubs for that so P.E. really was the most useless class. He was also sure that it was created by a group of sadists. The kitsune himself was a masochist and he knew that but there was a certain line between enjoyable pain and simple pain. P.E. was no where near that line, it was simply pain.
As he walked down towards the field he made a quite note that Helen was rather relaxing. Which meant that she wasn't looking his way. He could quickly run right now and hide out in the garden. Now that didn't sound like such a bad idea. The next thing he saw was an albino with a certain pink hair girl on him. Seems like Adora was having her fun again. Wait, she was in his P.E. class? When did that happen? Looks like he should stop ditching classes since he never knew of such information. Life really was funny that way.
Quickly though the male's attention turned towards the red head. Really he liked Helen as a person. She was nice and accepting. Also she was a fellow kitsune although she was nothing like Lenore. Which he didn't mind, it made things more refreshing for him. Still why did she have to teach that accursed subject out of all of the subjects she could have taught? That he would never understand. Slowly he proceeded over to the garden. He had only came close to the field just to see if the students were forced to do whatever the teacher had planned for the day but now that he saw most of them were late or ditched he figured he might as well have done the later. There were only two students besides him after all.
He supposed he could survive P.E. for one day. If not he could always just find an opening to escape. With that in mind the student walked over to the three. "Hello. he chirped waving to them.

Deserae really didn't like this woman. His eyes narrowed slightly when she got this annoyed look on her face as if he had highly offended her by mispronouncing her name. Well, pronouncing like most people did. The albino rolled his eyes at her bitchiness and crossed his built arms over his chest. " You should get used to English guys like me butchering your name. You're a teacher after all." He muttered under his breath, not really like talking to this woman, even if it was arguing. With some people it was fun to just argue even if it did annoy him. At least it was entertaining to argue with a semi-intelligent person. This woman? " I am not going to call you Fish." He growled, catching the sunscreen as it was tossed towards him. He figured he probably should, at least on his face and arms. Without a second glance or word towards the woman he quickly put some on said places, not using as much as she did but enough so that he wouldn't look like a shrimp when he went out into the sun. He tossed it back to her and turned away. He noticed a familiar face wandering over. What was his name? Z... His mind blanked. Oh well, it didn't matter much to him. What did matter was the girl sneaking up behind him. No, he didn't have any supernatural eyes-behind-his-head power or anything, but a badger's sense of smell is one of their more superior senses and this little girl had a smell around her that made Deserae think of... candy. Appropriate, but sickening to smell also rather disheartening. He could smell her, but he knew that he couldn't do anything about the inevitable... Deserae didn't move when she jumped on his back, his shoulders slumping slightly as he mumbled out a greeting. It wasn't that he didn't not like her, she was just so damn over bearing. The badger slumped a little further when he heard her loud loud greeting right in his ear. Shit, that hurt. " Can you not scream in my ear, Adora?" He lifted a hand and pat the pink haired first-years head gingerly, feeling more like a whipped dog than a badger at the moment. " Yeah, yeah. I missed you. Now will you get off?" He tugged her over his head and held her out in front of him, a highly annoyed look on his face. tag

Post by LENORE BLAIR on Aug 7, 2010 15:06:21 GMT -5
------------------------------------------- i watch you spin around in your highest heels you are the best one, of the best ones ------------------------------------------- Much as Lenore didn't mind PE, she wasn't in the mood today. In fact, she wasn't in the mood to deal with much at all. She'd had a reasonably vexing morning and, quite frankly, she liked the idea of curling up somewhere warm for a nap. Ah, but school was always calling; always demanding from her like a clingy, paranoid lover. Tch. She would have liked to "dump" said "lover" over text message and get it on with something far more attractive. This wasn't very typical of Lenore. She often had a grin on her face and a laid-back perspective, perfectly content with adapting to any situation. But it seemed as though the girl had woken on the wrong side of the bed. Her teal eyes were narrowed slightly as they fixed themselves on the small cluster of students on the field, vaguely taking note of who had arrived. Heh. Small crowd. Perhaps Miss Poisson was losing her touch. Much as this young, impish Kitsune admired the redhead, it was a rare thing when Lenny actually respected anyone, even someone who seemed fun like Hel. In the back of her mind, she mused over how easy it was to manipulate people... how easy it was to fool them to believe exactly what you wanted them to.
She did not hurry over to the group. Her strides were languid as ever as she approached them at a slow, lazy pace. There was no reason to rush. This was just going to be another dull P.E. class that she'd have to endure. The class itself wasn't bad or anything... just bland and boring. Lenore preferred having her mind appealed to, not just her physical strength. She herself wasn't half-bad at the activities set in the class, but her lazy mindset had never been particularly fond of these tedious tasks. She would have much rather been lounging in the gardens, plucking at flower petals while engaged in a witty conversation or scheming thought. Her off mood wasn't too pleased with attending the class, either. She could have ditched... Why didn't she, again? Oh, because she actually had plans to graduate high school, not find herself stuck in it for more time than was necessary. She paused a short distance from the others, a hand propped on her hip as she analyzed the scenario with unimpressed eyes. That albino badger kid was here, cute Adora too... Oh, and Zeph, huh? She was a bit surprised to see him, actually. It wasn't a secret to her that he wasn't fond of this class. Heh, she supposed she could just amuse herself with him, then. It was better than pretending to enjoy any of this at the moment.
Stepping over to him, she smirked and tilted her head a little, as though to view him at a better angle. "I didn't expect to see you here, Zeph. Did Hel lure you in with her charming smile?
" In a way, there was sly sarcasm in her voice. Again, she did harbor some admiration for their curvaceous teacher... but, also, there was something akin to a condescending tone in the girl's words. Or perhaps it was merely a trick of sound she did not intend. In any case, that cunning smirk seemed to speak far more than her voice ever could. With a bored sigh, she leaned a little on Zeph's side, her elbow propping up on his shoulder as she muttered to him. " Want to ditch with me if this gets too boring? I'm having one of those days... One of those 'dull' days and that needs to be fixed." She hummed softly, looking at him in a bemused side-glance. " Or do you think things will pick up?" Though Lenore might not have admitted it openly, she found comfort and familiarity in Zephyr's presence. While the prospect of having to run laps or play some pointless sport wasn't enticing Lenore to stick around, she figured she could spare a few moments so long as her clever kitsune friend was around. Nothing seemed interesting today... This simply needed to be changed.[/blockquote][/blockquote]
NOTES; Bah. Lame post is lame. Oh well. Here's Lenore, come to join the fun, I guess.
